2027 Paris Art Fellowships

Applications for our 2027 Paris Art Fellowships are now open for artists and researchers.

Applications are now for the Power Institute's newly expanded set of Paris Art Fellowships for 2027. 

You can now apply for two different types of fellowships: 

  • The Nicholas and Angela Curtis Cité Internationale des Arts Residency Fellowships (Curtis Artist Fellowships) 
    3-month residency at the Cité Internationale des Arts, Paris + $13,000AUD financial support. Four offered per year.
     
  • The Virginia Spate Research Fellowship
    $20,000AUD financial support for a 3-month research trip to Paris. Two offered per year.

These opportunities are only open to Australian citizens or Permanent Residents.  Applications close 30 June 2026.
